Welcome to Poth RV Park. The following rules govern your use of our facilities and are integral to your lease agreement. These rules may be updated periodically, and you will receive the most current version as necessary.

Camp Supervision
Campers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 18 must return to their registered site by 9:00 p.m.

Upon arrival, all campers must register with the manager by calling (830) 202-5423. Payment is due at the start of the rental period for stays longer than one week. Monthly or long-term residents must pay a security deposit equal to one month's rent at move-in. Rent will be prorated for mid-month move-ins.
Background checks
All tenants staying longer than one week must undergo a background check.
Quiet Hours and Conduct

Quiet time is enforced from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
speed limit
A strict speed limit of 5 mph is enforced throughout the park.
prohibited items
Open firearms and fireworks are not allowed. Discharging firearms will result in immediate eviction. All firearms must be securely stored and not displayed.
RV and Vehicle Regulations
RV Limitations
Only one RV is permitted per site. If you have overnight guests, please obtain prior permission from the landlord. The tenant is solely responsible for their guests' actions.

A maximum of two vehicles per site is allowed, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, and trailers. Additional vehicles must be parked in the designated storage area. Parking on roadways is prohibited. Extra fees may apply for storage area use.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Vehicles
Unauthorized vehicles and commercial enterprises are forbidden in the campground. Work supplies or materials cannot be stored on-site; extra vehicles must be kept in the storage area for an additional fee.
