At Poth RV Park, we recognize the importance of pets to our residents. To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, we have established the following pet policy: Special permission to keep a house pet in the park must be obtained from Park Management.
A house pet is defined as a pet that primarily resides within the RV.
Management reserves the right to deny pet requests if the proposed pet poses a potential threat to the health and safety of park residents.
A maximum of two pets per RV is allowed.
Only medium-sized cats or dogs not exceeding 50 pounds at maturity are permitted.
Breeds such as Pit Bulls, Chow Chows, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, and other aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited.
Non-house pets, including farm animals, are not permitted under any circumstances.
Pet owners must adhere to the established rules; violations may result in an official notice from Park Management, which may lead to the termination of pet privileges.
Local laws require each pet to be vaccinated. Proof of vaccination must be submitted to the Park Manager within seven days of move-in.
Pets must be on a leash outside the RV and kept indoors at night. They should never be left unattended or tied outside.
Pets are prohibited from causing disturbances that may annoy neighbors, including excessive barking, growling, or other unusual noises.
Pets must not invade the privacy of other sites. Owners are always responsible for their pets, including any injuries or damages caused to other residents or property. The park is not liable for any loss or injury from a resident's pet.
No exterior pet housing, including fencing or confining structures, is allowed in the park. Small temporary pet carriers may be used, provided they are stored inside or under the RV when unused.
Visitors are not permitted to bring pets into the park.
Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. All pet waste must be disposed of in the designated trash dumpster immediately.
By adhering to this pet policy, we can ensure a harmonious living environment for all residents. Thank you for your cooperation.
